Where to buy local art in Buenos Aires

You can discover local work at fairs, studios and independent artist shops. This guide features pieces published by Argentine artists and explains what to confirm before buying.

The selection contains public listings from shops located in Buenos Aires City. Open a piece to see its available details and contact its creator directly; availability and collection arrangements must be confirmed with each shop.

Work published by local artists

The selection follows the live public catalogue. A category alone does not prove that a piece is an original or comes framed, so ask the artist before deciding.

Original, limited edition or reproduction

An original is a unique work. A print may belong to a signed and numbered edition, while a reproduction may be printed without a fixed run. Listings do not always include that distinction, so ask before buying.

It is also useful to confirm the technique, support and whether a signature or certificate is included.

What to confirm before you buy

Ask for the full dimensions, whether a frame is included and how the piece will be protected. If you are travelling, share your departure date so the artist can confirm whether collection or preparation fits your itinerary.

Vamos Feria helps you discover and contact creators. Payment, collection and any shipping are arranged directly with the shop.
