Parque Centenario Craft Fair
Parque Centenario hosts a craft fair and a handmade goods fair every weekend. It is a large neighbourhood fair where locals shop, with pieces made by the people selling them — a good contrast to the more touristy markets.

- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (except 31 December and 1 January). Check each fair's hours in the dates below.
- Where
- Parque Centenario, Caballito. The main entrance to the craft fair is by the flagpole at Av. Díaz Vélez and Leopoldo Marechal.
- Getting there
- Take subway line B to Ángel Gallardo, then walk five to ten minutes along Av. Ángel Gallardo to the park.
- What you will find
- Ceramics, leather, textiles, glass, metalwork and other crafts made by the stallholders themselves.

A weekend afternoon in the park
The fair runs along the park's inner paths, so you can browse the stalls and then sit on the grass like the locals do. On sunny days it gets busy after midday.
There are regular and guest makers, so the stalls change from one weekend to the next.
Paying
Most stalls take local transfers or electronic payment, but not all accept foreign cards. Carry some cash in pesos.
